I found the staff very helpful. They arranged our airport transfers with no issues. the breakfast was really good. jamal even helped print boarding passes for us.. the towels smelled wonderful. i actually wanted to know what fabric conditioner they used.
the use of stairs to reach upper floors might be difficult with mobility issues.

I was a little disappointed. the room felt smaller than expected and the lighting was not good. also, the location felt a bit isolated, especially at night. I did not feel completely safe walking alone.

the staff was very helpful. they always try they best to. i also enjoyed breakfast, the location had a fireplace. it was a very relaxing space.
there was no windows in my bedroom. also, the lighting in the room was awful. i requested a different room but i was told i got the best room in the riad, but that wasn't right.

The riad is very beautiful. the structure leaves you speechless and the pool allows you to relax, i really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. the staff is really friendly and very helpful. They really pampered us!
There weren't windows in our bedroom and pretty awful lighting happened in the room. when requesting to changing rooms, we were told that we had gotten the best room in the riad. It wasn't the case, though.
